Q. What if I sell my home myself during the listing period?
A. We are happy to list your home for free and give you full service as described above, when you buy you’re next home using us. If you bring the buyer... there will be no "buyer's agent” fee and you keep more of your hard earned equity, if we bring you the buyer, we will negotiate our fee with you.
